Every way a customer reaches you, on one record

20modules, one product

Inbox through billing. Filter the catalogue below — nothing is a separate login.

4message channels, one queue

WhatsApp, SMS, email and Messenger. Calls and voicemail sit on the same contact.

1record per customer

Calls, messages, deals and tickets all hang off the same person.

0shared logins

Real accounts, real permissions, and an activity record you can export.

The product

Every application, in one place

Filter by what you came to look at. Click a module to see what it actually does — not a slogan, the job it is for.

Who it is for

Built around the way your day already goes

Pick the closest trade. The situation is the one owners describe to us — not a list of features with your industry’s name on the front.

The Saturday morning booking nobody saw

A patient messages your WhatsApp on Saturday asking whether you are open. Reception is closed, the message sits on a phone in a drawer, and by Monday they have booked somewhere else.

  • Out of hours, callers reach voicemail and the transcript is on the patient record by morning.
  • Appointment reminders are emailed the day before without anyone remembering to send them.
  • The whole history sits on the patient record, not on one receptionist’s handset.
The difference

What actually changes on Monday

Today

Five apps and a group chat

  • A customer messages three ways and gets three different answers.
  • The WhatsApp history lives on one person’s phone.
  • Everybody signs in as info@, so nobody knows who replied.
  • The CRM is only as good as what somebody typed up afterwards.
  • A missed call on Saturday is a booking that never happened.
With CommHub

One queue, one record

  • Every channel lands in the same inbox, claimed before anyone replies.
  • The history is on the contact, where the next person can read it.
  • Real accounts, real permissions, and an activity record you can export.
  • Messages and calls from known customers are filed on their record as they happen.
  • Out of hours, callers reach voicemail, and the transcript is on their record by morning.
How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

1

Connect your channels

Your WhatsApp number, phone line, mailbox and Facebook page are pointed at CommHub — by us for now, as there is no screen to do it yourself yet. The ones you skip simply stay off.

2

Everything lands in one queue

New conversations arrive unassigned. Your team claims what they answer, so two people never reply to the same customer.

3

The record fills itself in

Calls and messages from customers you already have on file are attached to them as they happen. Nobody has to write them up afterwards, so they are actually there when you need them.

For agencies

Running it for your clients?

Put your own name, colours and domain on CommHub, keep each client in its own workspace, and look into any of them from one account. Your clients see your brand rather than ours — the browser tab title and the loading screen are the exceptions, for now.

  • Your brand, your domain, your login screen
  • Every client isolated in the database, not only by a filter
  • Read-only access into each client, recorded in their own activity log
Kept apart

Isolation you can point at, not take on trust

Enforced by the database

Row-level security in PostgreSQL. A query that forgets to filter returns nothing, not somebody else’s data.

Sign-in you control

SAML and OpenID Connect, passkeys and two-factor. Passwords stop working once you are ready.

Everything recorded

Who did what, to which record, and when — readable and exportable by you rather than on request.

Support access is visible

Time-limited, read-only, and announced to your team for the whole session. Nobody looks quietly.

The questions that actually decide it

Answered the way we would answer them on a call. Where the honest answer is “not yet”, it says so.

How long before we can send WhatsApp messages?

Meta has to verify your business before an official WhatsApp number can be connected, and that takes two to six weeks — it is the longest wait in the whole setup. Everything else works in the meantime: the inbox, the CRM and the other channels all run while you wait, and WhatsApp switches on when the approval lands.

What happens to our data if another customer’s account is compromised?

Nothing reaches yours through it. Separation is enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security as well as by the application, so a query that forgets to filter by workspace returns no rows rather than somebody else’s data. The one way past it is a deliberate switch in our own code — used for signing in, incoming webhooks and our own admin panel — which is a short list we review rather than something every query has to remember.

Do we have to buy all of it?

No. Every plan includes contacts, the pipeline, tasks, tickets, CSV import and the activity record. The shared inbox, WhatsApp, telephony, campaigns and automations come with Professional; AI, white label, client workspaces and company sign-on with Business. Modules outside your plan can still appear in the menu; opening one tells you which plan adds it, and nothing changes on your bill until you choose to upgrade.

What do the calls, messages and AI actually cost?

Nothing on top of the plan today. The plan is one monthly price for the whole workspace, and it includes a monthly message allowance that the billing screen shows; there is no metered or overage billing. AI use is capped per workspace each month so it cannot run away.

Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not currently. If your procurement process needs either, tell us where you are in it and we will be straight with you about timing rather than leaving it implied. The isolation, sign-on and audit controls are described in full on the security page.

Can we get our data back out?

Your contacts can be exported to CSV from the contacts list, and the Owner can export the activity record. When one of your customers asks what you hold about them, an Owner or Admin answers it in the product: a download of everything on that person, or an erasure — the Owner’s alone — with a certificate saying what was kept and why, all against the 30 days PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25 allow. A copy of your whole workspace is still a request to us. Cancel whenever — there is no minimum term.

Something not covered? Ask us — a person replies.
